UPLOAD Broadband Speed...

Help required for AFTER the Fly-In Spectacular in July. I need to be able to use a FASTER broadband upload speed than I have to get the films/ pictures onto our web site.
My upload speed is around 350 Kbps so if you have something thats a lot faster please let me know - only a one off upload from a USB memory stick.

Pete,

My 'upload speed' appears to be twice your value.

Any help?

Hi Mike.
Living in the sticks has its problems - lets see if anyone else is better than yours - you did not give the upload speed you enjoy - is it more than Marks hamster rate!

Pete,

The upload speed is 7.64 mb/sec

How's that?

Pete,

The figure I gave you last night was a 'download' speed (7.64 mb/sec). I have checked it this morning and there has been plenty of variation from 4.88 mb/sec to just over 1.00 mb/sec. The 'upload speed remains the same on about 0.7 mb/sec. This computer is new but served by a poor router. It has 1 terrabyte (spelling?) of memory.

The original test was carried out late last night when presumably the service is under less demand?
