Listen guys - popped down the field today and all us chaps are doing it all wrong and need to take lessons from Paul. Not flying lessons - but life lessons! There was Paul - just finished a flight and up he goes to Bernies bench... Carol his great wife - was waiting with tea and sandwiches for him. WOW. What have us lot been doing wrong - we all need buddy lessons from Paul. Bring your own buddy lead down to the field - but I don't know where to plug it in!
Well Carole said she only learn't that from Jan ;) was much appreciated :) next time i'm gonna pack one less plane and put in my windbreaker and chair the car!!!
We just got in from a walk along the beach b4 lunch and couldn't see anyone there. Think i'm gonna hang out till 2moz unless wind drops a lil more :) have fun Paul.
I got a drone last year but due to commitments and bad weather couldn't really fly it and when I did it didn't play right , I need 2 man up and get it flying lol
I flew a smaller 1 on the other field which is my fun 1 but this 1s abit more sophisticated , b4 flying it u have 2 set the gps , but 1s in flight if u flick it 2 hover it decides 2 bugger off on its own accord lol . I've been told on the bmfa Facebook page that it has a 2nd gps setting which sets after flying it a few minutes , its very scarey when ur drone flies away on its own accord lol .
Lol i took my arducopter flight controller off and put the kk2 board back on ;) lot easier ;) once setup they sweet u watch Daves one its so locked in :) return to land cool eh!!
lol I brought it off a guy in Colchester and asked him the exact same question , I said 2 him can u guarantee that if I put it on return to home it's not gonna try flying from Kent to Colchester lol
Lol :) i could do with return as me eyes can't always tell which way around me lil quad is even with different colour props and mine got 2 props up and back 2 pointing down. Last time i flew it along the fenceline it got smaller and smaller no matter how much i was sure it was flying back had to land it and retrieve it on foot ;) if i remember u can use mission planner on your phone to but not sure how much u can play with.... :) i like flying in acro and just flick in autolevel if i get scared or flying away or high... well high as i dare so kk2 board ok for me ;) perhaps when i get more time will setup the auducopter thing again... wotever u fly fly safe and have fun always :)

Yeah mines got the return to home and u can plan missions with it but just need 2 man up with it .
Trouble is u don't want it 2 return to home when u at the field with it ;) lol...
