Google Chrome does not allow any Toolbars! This seemed to be the reason I had lost my Blogger "Navigation Bar" which has to be used to sign into our Blogger BPMFC website...
If your Blogger Navigation Bar is missing and you can't sign in - Uninstall Google Chrome and back it will come...
