If your passing the field please cast a glance over to see if anyone is messing about with our gate. They have to be taking tools over there as its so far.
The short steel scaffold pole with its two brackets have been taken together with 2 padlock and the steel locking pin... No scrap value!
As a temporary measure the below "mod" has been done till it can be sorted The gate can't be lifted at this time...

I really can't believe someones gone to soo much trouble for no gain! Hopefully this has been reported to the police.
Absolutely outrageous!
Police have been told and will keep a passing eye open now they are aware. I understand if a person is caught with bolt cutters or the like there are extra charges involved as they are classed as burglary items "tools of the trade" so eyes open everyone...
