Pick a smooth, light wind day for the maiden as I've heard their operational envelope is very very narrow! I look forward to seeing the flight videos. Have a look on Vimeo, there's a french guy who seems to have it sussed.
Geat to know someone outside the club has a look here and posts a comment... Thanks for the advice - as I used to paraglide I have a very small advantage but I am under no illusion that it will be harder than I think. I will post the failures on here so everyone can have a good laugh.
Just a quick update - I have been trying to trim the wing as in its supplied state its just a parachute. For them that know I have had to step the A, B, C, D risers to get a measure of flyability out of the wing and I am now at the stage where the A riser lines could need some shortening which is a pain. At the moment I have managed to get the wing to fly up to about 75 degrees so the riser settings as supplied would never be practical for a paraglider but then it clearly says in the advert you have to have some knowledge of this type of wing. I will post again as soon as this gale stops and I can sample some clean air...

Pete, you will also need to tighten your G-Strings to get enough forward penetration or you may find yourself with an extreme wedgie. :)
