Not planes but trains!


Today 21-06-2013 A1 Tornado built/completed in 2008 visits East Croydon station.

I think it is to cover for breakdowns of the steam engine plus assistance with engine turning due to the lack of turn-table facility etc.

Yes Slip I was very pleased to see the A1 as I had developed an interest in Steam locos at a very tender age!

Someone mentioned that the assisting loco is currently used on the Royal train.
