Great video made me larf ;) Well done Peter i know i was skeptical about pulling mowers that were ment to be pushed but i do think you have pulled it of.... great combined effort good teamwork.. Regards Paul :)
I am surprised at you not believing in me - have you never seen a lawnmower fly! The speed Ade was pulling them along I was expecting to go into orbit...
Still a bit of fine tuning to do - see new video above ... i'm expecting loads of volunteers from the club membership so it will have to be "first come first served"
Come to think of it, a seat on each cutter would allow our heavy club members to sit and provide the weight? Also, the grass clippings would go right up their trouser legs!
One big guy (who was passing at the field) had a quick go and he has already reduced in weight considerably. I thought weight would help to keep the cutters digging in better but unfortunately the bigger guys can't hang on as well so tend not to be around too long... On the good side the grass gets some good fertiliser - its only distributed in a very local area which helps the grass green up - blood is very good for plant growth.
I have to say I'm very disappointed so far...
I have not had one single volunteer...
Bad show for a club of our size... No replies either - membership seems to have gone down to zero! Come on lads - some club spirit...
Field has well firmed up the last few weeks so no worries about damage. Good thing we can cut all year round as i'm gonna lend Peter my harness to wear so he can pull it up n down the field when its too soft for car to drive on :)

Haha awesome , well done . Just hope a car/van on the field doesn't damage it.
