Great afternoon thank you Peter :) worth the trip just for the airshow some great models there made my little wing look tiny! Guys really friendly and made us feel welcome :) really liked the little whistle thing you made on your wildthing perhaps you could post a link on how to make it ;)
Cool thanks Peter will be my next lil project at work. Drawing well detailed and be fun to make and should sound well annoying with 100 psi of compressed air rushing over it in the workshop ;)
Plenty of model planes but no male models! A slight bit too windy and evident that not many stunts were performed as a result. The smaller foamies were shown up by the large scale models that handled the conditions very well as did the pilots. As usual Paul made flying look dead easy on his first attempt at slope soaring---well done Paul! Good to get out though and view the wonderful scenery and mix with a group of like minded nut cases!
SOUNDS good! I wonder if anymore people will come next time! They can see by the pictures that its good fun and a lot of others enjoy it - wind was around 20 maybe when we first got there getting up to 30mph by the time we left I recon. That's the good thing about this when you cant fly at the field you can elsewhere... Anybody else interested - come on - a zagi only cost £40 and is unbreakable so what you waiting for!
Too windy hell no i managed a loop and few rolls and only a few inches over the scale models parked up behind us luckly landed behind them ;) was a blast and good to see you enjoying the slope too you too kind Mike it didn't look easy from where i was standing ;) lol

PS Mike. The reason the smaller foamies didn't do so well is because we are the worse pilots on the hill.
