Hi both. Intend to do a test on a windy (NORMAL)day shortly and then we can see how it goes. This is such a simple gyro it does not affect normal flying because you compensate on the Tx sticks. The landing showed clear & massive movement but on take-off it was very subtle...
I wonder if anybody else is interested in this little experiment and if so have I missed something that should be included in the next simple test! Shame if this is not being looked at - this is all done for fun but has interesting advantages as long as its not being looked at with deaf ears - so it could just be us three musketeers showing interest!
ReplyDeleteLooks as if it works OK Pete---Only the V1 bomb had a gyroscope for control as far as I know. But how does yours work?

Amazing proof. I flew mine yesterday with a tail gyro on just for take off and it made a world of difference. Windy days here we come.
