Congratulations Jan, Knew you had it in you and that big smile really did say it all. The celebratory cuppa went down well too. Stinson out to play next time then, and a bottle of Grecian 2000 for Dave to cover up all the grey hairs you've given him lol!!!!!!!!!
Well done Jan it just shows what you can achieve if you keep at it. Pete must be delighted for you as buying you a present must be dead easy from this point in time-a tube of glue or some fuel?.
As for me I have been flying for over 50 years now and still have not passed my 'A'----any chance of some lessons?
Aww thanks so much for your lovely comments. It has certainly been a long time coming but I am chuffed to bits. It only really sunk in today and I have this huge grin like a Cheshire cat that won't go away lol. A huge thank you to Dave for all his time and patience, Adrian too. Just my luck it's raining today or I'd be there flying. I think now the really hard bit begins as there is so much more to learn.
Well done Jan from all the Owen family. I think you should put some Green P plates on your model now. Well done to Dave too, I bet your building skills have come on a long way. :-)
