Took the Powered Hang Glider / Microlight down to the flying field again and managed to get some more video. Dave Cook launched the model for me -
(see how well he does this in the slowed down video)
Portly Dave used my new Samsung camera to take the video - and a good job he did to because when I did the editing there was not much to do at all.
Great flights and it looks great on the horizon dashing along - looks real.

BPMFC February Weekend
Two days of good weather full sun and no wind - rare indeed.
Good turn out as well and a lot of banter in the pits...
At least my new hat kept the sun off me...

Kalt Cyclone - Antique Heli
Dave Redwood has renovated this heli which was first reviewed by RCM&E back in Feb 1986 and its cost then was £225 - That was a lot in 1986.
Well done Dave on the renovation and this is to record the event.

Massive thanks to Dean
Thanks for all the flying time you gave up today sorting out my problems with the Rappy.
The vibration has been driving me mental as well as trying to get the set up and the gyro right, flies like a totally different heli :-)
Feel much more confident with it now and the training legs have been retired to the shed.
Thanks again, it really was appreciated and I went home with a big smile.
See you again soon.

Warm Thursday - I Was Late Down...
Sorry I missed lots of you - I was late down. Flew the hang glider microlight for the first time as the wind was low - went great but Portly Dave has the video on his phone but no computer to download it to so the video is lost to cyberspace at the moment - Have to do with a short video of Jan who is still getting flying stick-time in.

MBK.
This is Milkys obsession as you've been complaining that you never see your plane in the pic or vids here it is...... all fixed after falling 150ft flat to the ground breaking the fuz in two halfs and damaging a wing, a big well done for the seamless repairs and the perfect covering has to go to your Dad.
Well done Dad wonderful job you've done there, no Milky you did'nt help you just made tea.
ENJOY

RCM&E Mass Build
It seems this year the RCM&E magazine are encouraging a mass build of veteran (Old Clanger) model aircraft for a 'Fly-in' at a specific model aero club. There are various planes being constructed with associated forums. Two of the forums are following the construction of two Keil Kraft Super 60's. Therefore in close support I have updated an associated video with an original advertisement shown---am I flogging a dead horse?

Airboat Part 2 Snow not Water
Most don't read this but we froze our buts off doing this and it was bitter at -1c and a NE wind chill to freeze you to the bone.
Repairs were completed last night so all was ready today.
Enjoy - In the warmth of your own home.
PS a frozen snowball if you find my mistake...

Airboat - Snow instead of Water.
Sorry guys for the music but the original was blocked - Copyright.
This outing ended in failure because the plastic rudder horn broke and then the plastic throttle snake split to hell in the cold - it's all being fixed and it will be going in the next few days. - Watch this space.
